Start from the NeuroX homepage to learn about the platform's brain health features, MRI analysis support and patient services. Use the site's navigation to find registration or login.
New patients can create an account through the registration page. Complete the required fields and submit the form according to the website's registration process.
Your health overview, recent activity and shortcuts.
After successful login, the Dashboard brings together key information from your patient portal. It helps you navigate to saved analyses, medical records, profile information and appointments.
Ask questions and explore the health information you provide.
Open NeuroX Assistant to start a new chat, ask questions about uploaded reports and seek plain-language explanations of relevant health information. Responses may be incomplete and should be checked with a qualified healthcare professional.
Attach supported files to provide context for your conversation.
Find your saved health information in one organised place.
Open your profile to review the personal and medical information available through your account. Use any profile-editing options provided by the portal to maintain accurate information.
Review saved scans, analysis history, reports, prescriptions and appointments. Use the available filters to locate specific record categories and open individual records to view their details.
Manage appointment requests and keep up with portal updates.
Open Appointments to submit a consultation request. Choose the appointment type, preferred date and time, select a specialist and briefly describe what you would like to discuss.

Visit Notifications to review available updates and appointment information. Check the Appointments page for detailed visit history and the current status of your requests.
Keep your login credentials private. Upload only files you are authorised to share and sign out when using a shared device.
